When to call us urgently
Outside our normal hours, Dental Care Plan members can reach the emergency helpline on 08081 698117, or +44 1691 887 955 when travelling abroad. For uncontrollable bleeding, facial swelling that affects breathing or swallowing, or trauma to the face or jaw, go straight to your nearest A&E. Ring us while we are open and we will do everything we can to see you before the end of the day.
Toothache that is severe or will not settle
A tooth chipped, broken or knocked out
A lost filling, crown or veneer
Swelling in the mouth, face or jaw
Bleeding that will not stop after treatment
An abscess, or anything that looks like infection
